Will & Rose Events is well-known, loved, and celebrated throughout Tennessee, Virginia, and surrounding areas across the US like New York City and Wisconsin. As your wedding day planner, my goal is to make the weeks leading up to your wedding exciting and fun. From phone calls that feel like talking with an old friend, to tearing it up on the dance floor (Mr. Brightside, anyone?) to sharing all the happy tears, I can't wait to celebrate every moment of your day with you. I'm a big believer that planning your wedding doesn't have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.

I was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, where being a lifelong athlete shaped the way I approach everything I do: organized, determined, and calm under pressure. That mindset carried me into the event industry, even before I realized it would become my career.
I’ve always known I wanted to work closely with people, but it wasn’t until I was introduced to weddings that everything clicked. The energy of a wedding day, the emotion in the room, and the responsibility of bringing so many moving pieces together is what keeps me inspired year after year!

As a teacher and mom of 2, I thought I had my path for life mapped out. I've always enjoyed planning parties and events for friends, so when Ricki invited me to assist her on a wedding, I jumped at the chance. Now it's nearly 4 years later, and I wouldn’t trade these moments for the world! Bringing a couples’ most anticipated, special day together brings me immense joy and honor. I look forward to celebrating with every couple I get to work with (especially if Taylor Swift is on the playlist)!

Hi! I’m Maddy & I’m proud to say this is my third year working with Will & Rose. I’m from Virginia Beach but currently live in Lynchburg. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in marketing. I’ve always had a passion for weddings and love and followed that career path alongside marketing! I believe everyone deserves to have the wedding of their dreams and bring their vision to life!

Originally from Florida and now living in beautiful Virginia after attending Liberty University, it’s an honor to help bring each couple’s vision to life and celebrate with them on such a meaningful day!

I began developing a passion for assisting with weddings when I was in high school and realized how much I love being a part of people's special day. I served with Ricki as event staff for one of her weddings and the rest is history! Being able to create a seamless experience for our couples truly brings me so much joy. I love being able to smile and laugh alongside couples while arranging the details for a day they will remember the rest of their lives!

Hi I'm Whitney! I'm based in Durham, NC, but also love to travel and explore this big beautiful world. With every wedding I plan, I love using my organizational skills and eye for design to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. When I’m not busy planning weddings, you’ll find me at home with my two furry companions, Reese and Twix. They’re the sweetest pups and serve as my constant reminder to enjoy the little things

Raised in a big family in New Orleans—where there was always something to eat, drink, and “toast to”—I developed a lifelong appreciation for bringing people together, hospitality, and music. That passion led to a decades-long career in the music industry, where I planned and executed events of all sizes, managed marketing for notable artists and Broadway productions, and cultivated partnerships with hotels and restaurants to support local businesses. Serendipitously, I met Ricki the year she launched Will & Rose Events, and we’ve been working together ever since. Now based in Tennessee with my fiancé, I still love celebrating the people and things that matter most to me, enjoying live music and Broadway, and savoring all things French and Audrey Hepburn.

When deciding on a name for this business, I wanted something meaningful and unique. William and Rose are my sibling’s middle names. Our mission is to make each couple we work with feel like family. The company name was chosen in order to reflect this value!

Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without them. We worked with Ricki to plan our wedding and it was even more perfect than we could have imagined. Ricki communicated clearly and quickly throughout the whole planning process, always sent helpful follow-up after our calls, and sent us a ton of helpful info as we were making decisions. Plus, her checklist is a godsend! On the actual wedding day, she and her team tackled any obstacle that came up and made it so that we could be fully present with our guests. Working with them was such a gift and I would choose them again over and over. If you're looking for a truly stress-free wedding and a partner in planning, Will and Rose Events is your vendor!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Ricki and her team at Will and Rose Events. We purchased the full planning package from Ricki and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. I'm very detail oriented and type-A but I knew I couldn't pull together a huge event like a wedding along with working full time. From the beginning, Ricki helped put our minds at ease and every time we chatted with her through the entire process, I felt better about how our wedding would come together. Book her! You won't find someone better.

We planned a wedding from across the country and I truly believe it wouldn't have happened as wonderfully as it did without her support. On wedding day Ricki & her team exceeded all expectations. From handling little things (like making sure the groom had the appetizers he wanted during photos!) to ensuring we stayed on time but also had a great a time, they did it all. While I don't miss the process of planning a wedding across the country, I do miss our check-ins with Ricki! If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Will & Rose in a heartbeat and we're honestly hoping we'll be able to when my sister gets engaged!

This was our first time photographing a Will and Rose Events wedding at DAR in DC. Ricki and Hadley did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule and putting together all the details for this wedding. They put out "fires" that day that the couple didn't even know about! Having the opportunity to work alongside Ricki and her team was a true pleasure! They created a seamless experience for our couple (and their guests). It was because of their hard work behind the scenes that this wedding day was flawless and one we won't soon forget.
