We planned a wedding from across the country and I truly believe it wouldn't have happened as wonderfully as it did without her support. On wedding day Ricki & her team exceeded all expectations. From handling little things (like making sure the groom had the appetizers he wanted during photos!) to ensuring we stayed on time but also had a great a time, they did it all. While I don't miss the process of planning a wedding across the country, I do miss our check-ins with Ricki! If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Will & Rose in a heartbeat and we're honestly hoping we'll be able to when my sister gets engaged!

Ricki Lee Hodges and her assistant were absolutely the best wedding coordinators I have ever worked with! From the time they arrived dressed to a T with name tags and how they assisted the bride & groom, parents of the bride and groom, the wedding party and all of their family and friends to the vendors was so professional and so personal and with a smile on their faces. You could not ask for a better wedding coordinator team then Ricki and her assistant! I guarantee you that if you retain them you will not have to worry about anything on your wedding day! Spectacular Service!

She is prompt, informative, helpful, kind, genuine, and just all around enjoyable to work with. Ricki and her team are fluid and flexible, which makes photographing an event with them a breeze. She and her team were always ready to help and answer any questions that I had. She made sure that I had everything that I needed exactly when I needed it and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. A photographers dream.
