Timeline Consultation
While venue coordinators are focused on managing the venue and photographers are primarily concerned with photo schedules, there’s often a gap when it comes to having a cohesive, professional timeline that ties everything together. Our service fills that need by offering experienced guidance and a professionally crafted timeline without the full cost of an on-site coordinator. This is especially helpful for couples who don't have a planner or coordinator but are looking for professional guidance for a seamless, well structured day.

Ricki and her team (our day-of coordinators Amy and Hadley) were amazing! We had a long, several-year engagement, and had slowly booked our vendors over a a year or so. We realized that the completion of the planning process was going to be more difficult and time-consuming than we thought, and we decided to look for a planner. Ricki made us feel like we were in good hands from our initial phone call, took over our decor design for us, and helped us tie all the loose ends together over our long planning process. Amy and Hadley were great on the day of and made sure the final timeline came together seamlessly - so many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran! No detail was forgotten or out of place.

The absolute best wedding planner service EVER!! My husband and I got engaged March 2024 and just had our wedding October 2025 so we worked with Ricki and her team for about a year and a half. Ricki Lee and her team did a phenomenal job planning our wedding! We stayed in touch throughout the planning process with virtual and in-person meetings, phone calls, and texts.
